Shuganti is the founder and President of Summit Information Solutions. She has over 30 years of commercial and government experience and expertise. Shuganti is an Electrical and Computer Engineer and has a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. She also has a Bachelor of Science Nursing degree. Shuganti is on the board of the American Red Cross Capital Region. Shuganti is a member of the U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Project Management Institute, and the Society of American Military Engineers.
Chris is Senior Vice President for Summit. Chris has over 30 years of experience in government and commercial industries. He specializes in translating large, strategic business initiatives into repeatable and sustainable tactical deliveries. Chris creates environments where individuals and teams choose to be engaged and motivated to deliver business value.
Bill is Vice President for Summit’s Northern Virginia Operations. He is known for his strategic and bold approach to leadership enabling the delivery of multimillion-dollar programs and savings. He has over 30 years of domestic and international IT and business experience in financial services and government regulatory agencies. He provides executive level services for large-scale technology infrastructure integrations and transformations by building, operating, and optimizing an “always on” infrastructure. Bill specializes in shaping technology strategies while elevating productivity, improving resiliency, and modernizing systems. Bill’s success as an executive leader is driven by his ability to build credibility, rapport and trust across the enterprise, its partners and its customers.
Kevin is Vice President of Richmond-based contracts. He has over 30 years of IT experience in technology transformation and modernization, application development, global sourcing, technology strategy, and technology architecture and engineering. He has led multimillion IT initiatives for financial institutions, federal regulatory agencies, and the central banking system. He has operational experience supporting Business Process Management leveraging Six Sigma, COBIT, and APQC methods to improve processes, their measurement, and awareness. Kevin has also developed and led business strategy with technology architectures including on-premise and cloud hosted, virtualization of infrastructure and service-oriented architectures. With his broad experience, depth of knowledge, and thought leadership, Kevin is a strategic thinker and consensus builder.
Scott is leading Summit’s efforts in support of a large Federal Bank. He has over 25 years of domestic and international IT experience in large-scale technology infrastructure integrations and transformations. His experience spans the entire SDLC process from Business Analysis, Development and Program Management. He has led a 500 member centralized software development testing organization through the transformation of culture, practice, and process, enabling the delivery of a multimillion-dollar acquisition integration. Scott is an expert in Quality Assurance and Release Management strategy and execution for enterprises and large-scale programs. He works to build strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner networks.
Bruce is Senior Director for Summit. He has 30 years of experience managing and leading cross-functional program teams delivering large-scale, complex solutions. Bruce has deep domain experience spanning operations management, enterprise architecture, standards definition and enforcement, regulatory policy enforcement, mobile and internet technologies, information security, IT strategy, IT delivery, business continuity planning and disaster recovery. Bruce is a member of (ISC)² – IT Certification and Security Experts and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
Marvin is a Senior Director for Summit with over 30 years of strategic IT delivery for top 20 banks, government agencies, logistics companies and non-profit organizations. Marvin has extensive experience spanning many critical business and IT disciplines such as large-scale delivery initiatives, delivery team building and executive leadership, RFI/RFP development, services procurement and contract management, technical architecture definition and management, and financial planning and management. Marvin’s consistent success as a leader is grounded by his ability to build strong interactions, credibility, and trust across the client enterprise, its partners, and its customers.
Steve is a Senior Director for Summit with over 30 years of experience in IT consulting and account management, sales, personnel management and systems engineering. Steve spent most of his career as a Sales Executive for domestic and international divisions of a Fortune 20 company. His diverse background in sales, engineering and project management has enabled him to develop solutions and managed projects for a variety of technologies. He has worked with clients in several industries including the Federal Government, Consumer Package Goods, Distribution, State and Local Government, Manufacturing, and Communications. Steve is a certified Project Management Professional.
