Established in 2002, Summit Information Solutions is a consulting firm providing leadership and expertise in the design, development, support, and maintenance of technology solutions. Our services include strategic management, technology services, engineering services, and research and development.

Summit Information Solutions is a client-centric company solving business problems with a technology and process design focus. Our clients include the financial sector, transportation, federal and state government, logistics industries as well as nonprofit organizations. Our headquarters is in Richmond, Virginia with a satellite office in Huntsville, Alabama.

Meet Our Team

Shuganti Caradonna Photo 

SHUGANTI CARADONNA Founder and President

Shuganti has over 30 years of commercial and government experience and expertise. She is an Electrical and Computer Engineer.

She is a board member of the American Red Cross Capital Region in Richmond, Virginia, and also on the board of the Alabama Modeling and Simulation Council in Huntsville, Alabama.

Shuganti is a member of the Huntsville Association of Small Businesses in Advanced Technology, the Society of American Military Engineers, RVA Tech, U.S. Women’s Chamber of Commerce, the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber, Virginia Chamber of Commerce, and the Project Management Institute.

Chris has over 30 years of experience in government and commercial industries. He specializes in translating large, strategic business initiatives into repeatable and sustainable tactical deliveries. Chris creates environments where individuals and teams choose to be engaged and motivated to deliver business value.

J. KEVIN MCLEES Senior Vice President

With his broad experience, depth of knowledge, and thought leadership, Kevin is a strategic thinker and consensus builder. Kevin has over 30 years of experience in technology transformation and modernization, application development, global sourcing, technology strategy, and technology architecture and engineering. He led multimillion IT initiatives for financial institutions, federal regulatory agencies, and the central banking system. He has operational experience supporting Business Process Management leveraging Six Sigma, COBIT, and APQC methods to improve processes, their measurement, and awareness. Kevin has also developed and led business strategy with technology architectures, including on-premise and cloud hosted, virtualization of infrastructure and service-oriented architectures.

STEVEN LARUE Vice President

Steve has over 30 years of experience in IT consulting and account management, sales, personnel management, and systems engineering. Steve spent most of his career as a Sales Executive for domestic and international divisions of a Fortune 20 company. His diverse background in sales, engineering and project management has enabled him to develop solutions and manage projects for a variety of technologies. He has worked with clients in several industries including the Federal Government, Consumer Package Goods, Distribution, State and Local Government, Manufacturing, and Communications. Steve is a certified Project Management Professional.


Bruce is a Vice President for Summit with over 30 years of experience managing and leading cross-functional program teams delivering large-scale, complex solutions. Bruce has deep domain experience spanning operations management, enterprise architecture, standards definition and enforcement, regulatory policy enforcement, mobile and internet technologies, information security, IT strategy, IT delivery, business continuity planning and disaster recovery. Bruce is a member of (ISC)² – IT Certification and Security Experts and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).

MARVIN TAYLOR Vice President

Marvin is a Vice President at  Summit. He has over 30 years of strategic IT delivery for top 20 banks, government agencies, logistics companies and non-profit organizations.  Marvin has extensive experience spanning many critical business and IT disciplines such as large-scale delivery initiatives, delivery team building and executive leadership, RFI/RFP development, services procurement and contract management, technical architecture definition and management, and financial planning and management. Marvin’s consistent success as a leader is grounded by his ability to build strong interactions, credibility, and trust across the client enterprise, its partners, and its customers.


Jessie has over 13 years of commercial experience. She specializes in employee relations and federal, state, and local government compliance. She is also Summit Information Solutions’ Facility Security Officer. Her duties also include managing compensation and benefits, performance and talent management. Jessie is also responsible for policies, practices, and procedures, training and development, and employee relations. Jessie serves on the Board of the Central Virginia Society of American Military Engineers as the Director of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM). She is also a member of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce, Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, Society of American Military Engineers, Society of Human Resource Professionals, and the Greater Richmond Society of Human Resource Management.


With over 10 years of commercial and government experience, Ryan is Summit Information Solutions’ Chief Financial Officer.  His duties include accounting and financial planning, analysis and reporting ensuring all reporting is prepared in an accurate and timely manner. His responsibilities include the day-to-day accounting function, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and inventory control.

He is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, Richmond Chamber of Commerce, the Virginia Chamber of Commerce, Petersburg Chamber of Commerce, and the Mechanicsville Business Men’s Association.


Vickie has a diverse background in marketing, communications, and information technology. She has experience as a video producer/director, senior media specialist creating and executing branding strategies, and as a system administrator. In her current role she designs marketing collateral, develops and maintains Summit’s intranet using SharePoint. Vickie also designs and maintains the website, and manages Summit’s social media presence. Her duties include managing the internal IT support function with a focus on emerging technology and communicating with team members providing regular updates on applications and system modifications.

Vickie is a member of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and a member of the Richmond chapter of PRSA.


Lisa is the Office Manager/HR Assistant at Summit Information Solutions’ Richmond location. With over 10 years in the administrative field, Lisa manages the day-to-day operations of the office as well as assists in recruiting for the Human Resources department. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Richmond SHRM.
